  • Professional mounting: For those purchasing just the print (without framing), we recommend having a specialized professional mount the artwork on a rigid surface before framing.

  • Delivery and installation: Our framed artworks arrive ready to hang. Upon receipt, please check that everything is in order before signing for the delivery. If there is any damage, refuse the item and notify us immediately, as the shipping insurance covers any issues.

1. Choose your artwork

Explore the online collection and find the piece that resonates most with you. Our gallery offers a variety of options, from themed series to specific collections. Each piece reflects Tucci's experiences and emotions, ensuring exclusivity for your selection.

2. Share your space

To ensure the chosen artwork fits perfectly in your space, we need to understand where it will be displayed. Follow these steps:

  • Take a photo of the space: Photograph the exact spot where you plan to install the artwork. Be sure to capture the image head-on, with as much clarity and lighting as possible.

  • Smaller spaces: If the area is small and makes a head-on photo difficult, try using the camera in selfie mode or send photos from different angles.

  • Include more details: If you like, include images of the surrounding environment (furniture, adjacent walls, etc.) so we can harmonize the artwork with your style.

3. Provide Us with the Measurements

Now that we have a clear view of the space, it’s important to know the dimensions. Please follow these guidelines:

  • Use a measuring tape and send us the measurements of the area: wall width, height to the ceiling, or any nearby furniture that can serve as a reference.

  • These details will help us suggest the best size for the artwork, maximizing its visual impact in your space.

4. Receive Suggestions and Quote

Based on the photos and measurements provided, we will prepare a personalized proposal for you. It will include:

  • Artwork size suggestions tailored to your space.

  • A detailed quote, considering the formats and materials best suited to the project.

If adjustments are needed, we’ll adapt the options to fit your budget and space, ensuring the best possible visual experience.

5. Confirmation and Production

Once the quote is approved and details are finalized, we’ll begin producing the artwork. The timeline for creation and delivery varies by project, but generally, we complete it within 10 business days. If you have specific timing needs, we can adjust accordingly.
